Private Pilot Course
The Private Pilot Certificate is the traditional foundation of an aviation career; it is the building block of your flying life. Maximum Performance Flight Training will provide you with the tools, the education and the flight training to fly around the airport as well as to take trips to your favorite resorts, colleges, or to see friends from out of town. This program is also the first step towards advanced certifications like the Instrument Rating and the Commercial Pilot. With a Private Pilot Certificate under your belt, the sky is, quite literally, the limit!
Every career pilot, traveling hobby pilot, and serious aviator will get a private license at the start of his aviation journey. It’s more of a complete education than the Recreational Pilot Course, although both are building blocks in your flight education. To get a private license, you must have 40 hours of total flight time, 20 of which is with an instructor. Don’t bank on the lowest numbers – they haven’t changed since the late 1940s … before most of the equipment we find in a standard cockpit was even invented! It takes significantly more than the requirements to gain the education needed to be a safe and competent aviator. The most correct answer to the burning question, “how long will it take me” is “not a second longer than what you need to be a safe and well-educated pilot”.
